Hi, I'm Erin! I'm a huge advocate of movement for self-care. As a homeschool mom, you deserve to feel strong and functional while you serve. Moving through your day can be a joy rather than a drain. I'm so glad to move with you!

We often don't realize how many different parts of us support our backs! In this class we explore many different parts of us in a quick and efficient way! 10 minutes plus a wall or chair of balance is all you need for this practice where you'll engage your core, stabilize your spine, use your side hips, glutes and hamstrings along with some fabulous hip mobilization! 

 

As a homeschool mom, you are using your upper body ALL the time! This class focuses on refining how you move, as well as building strength in the movement! You'll feel your shoulders awake and alive at the end of this class!
