This is where you get to put all these pieces together in an exercise class format! I love seeing people move in their body in an aware and empowered way! Move through these 20 minutes and enjoy the process, feel what moves and what doesn't, notice what feels natural and unnatural, and as you gather all that information, this is moving you towards becoming your own movement professional!
