How We Stand

This if the first of four parts of this series - Standing.

Creating a solid foundations to know how make movement choices that are supportive to our bodies can change everything. Why add a bunch of exercises we don't have time for when we can adjust the things we're already doing to be more supportive! This also sets us up to make our exercise time that much more effective!

 

In these videos I will give you things to look for to create a supportive experience for your body while you're doing the thing you're already doing, and a few exercises to help reinforce that goal!

Now that we have an idea of what standing in supportive neutral stance, we get to practice this while we move. Incorporating what we learn about our body into movement is what starts us on the journey of becoming our own best coach and instructor!

 

Once you get the hang of these simple and powerful moves, you can start to incorporate them into your day, you can get as creative as you want!
