How We Sit
Sitting, we all do it. There is so much in our life that needs to be done in a seated position, so let's make it as sustainable for your body and back as possible!
This piece is one of the most impactful of this little course, learning how to sit in a way that is supportive can change you whole experience as you approach these areas of your life and how you feel afterwards! You're going to dive a little deeper into becoming your own movement professional, and while I have a little anatomy talk and use an anatomical model, believe me, this is totally do-able and this little bit of information will have an amazing impact on your own movement choices!

Always feel free to modify, most moves that are done of the floor can be done on a bed with a little creativity! Movement is always an option if we're creative enough to honor our boundaries and not feel like we have to look or move like someone else!
