Hello! Welcome to todays podcast! I’m excited to connect with you today! I’ve been processing today’s podcast for a while now, and getting lots of personal opportunities to experience this topic in my own life, and I’m excited to share what I’ve been learning and practicing and to offer an perspective that is in my opinion needed now more than ever! The art of doula-ing yourself!

All of this may sound overwhelming and like too much. I’m not saying to go out and practice all these tools tomorrow. Maybe pick 1-3 that really resonate with you and start there. But if you were to become a parent or enter into a serious relationship, you understand that that commitment would take time. You deserve that kind of attention from yourself. Nurturing yourself into a thriving life isn’t selfish, it’s the way we’re wired. I’m here to help you question anything that tells you otherwise.
